May 18/2008 NEWS UPDATE:
My dear husband Richard passed away April 26th, 2008, after not quite a year after a cancer diagnosis. Richard was the man who made the shuttles and nuts for me, but I will try to match his quality.
I purchased the milling machine and accessories needed to do some of the work, the bandsaw and a few more tools to do the work. As soon as they are delivered and set up, I hope to be able to work on things. It might take a while, because I have no real depth perception and don't want to cut off my digits, so I will be making jigs to keep me safe.
I will keep you posted.
